WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE MY BOX OR ANY ITEMS, CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN ANY OR ALL ITEMS FOR A REFUND?
Box of Lashes strives to achieve your full customer satisfaction. Due to health and sanitary purposes, we do not accept exchanges, returns and/or refunds on our Box of Lashes products. However, we are gladly replacing any damaged items that are unused, sealed and unopened in the original packaging. Please email sales@boxoflashes.com within 14 days of receiving your box with the attached photos of your damaged product alongside the shipping label of your box. Our of stock items, the replacements can take up to 3 weeks

WHAT IF I REFUSED MY PACKAGES?
There will be a $15 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refusing any shipments. The Non-Delivery fee will be subtracted from any refund or store credit.
HOW LONG DOES THE REFUND TAKES?
Refunds typically take 3-5 working business days.
CAN I RECEIVE A NEW BOX IF MY BOX WAS MARKED DELIVERED?
Box of Lashes is not responsible for lost or missing packages once they have been scanned by the shipping facilities. Please enter your mailing address correctly when you place your orders. Please file your missing package claim with the shipping facilities and provide us with the information.
